Understanding insurance responsibilities for hosts and guests on the Retailpeer platform
Retailpeer, Inc connects Hosts and Guests for the short-term use of retail and commercial spaces. Because these activities involve physical locations, products, customers, and third-party interactions, Retailpeer expects both Hosts and Guests to maintain appropriate business insurance coverage as part of their normal operations.
Maintaining adequate insurance coverage is a standard and reasonable requirement for businesses operating in physical environments.
Hosts and Guests are responsible for carrying sufficient insurance coverage to protect their businesses, property, inventory, employees, contractors, and customers in connection with their use of the Retailpeer platform.
